First of all, Dr. Moore knows ferrets and how to treat them. I have a pet ferret and noticed he was not behaving normally and Dr. Moore did everything necessary to diagnose and treat him. It ended up being a genetic disease and I completely trust Dr. Moore and his ability to help my ferret lead a happy and healthy long life! It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
