I questioned Dr. Knepper about his extensive routine of approximately 10 vaccines per year for my dog and he accused me of not caring about my dog's well being. He told me if I couldn't afford the approximate costs of getting my dog semi-annual vaccines, then it'll be on me when he gets sick and in turn gets my children sick and that if I really cared about him, I would cut out other costs in my life to make sure I could afford it. I did more research on the vaccinations and found there are only 3 vaccines needed yearly and absolutely none of them are needed every 6 months. I will never return. I will never take my dog here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. The way he spoke to me had me leaving the office in tears all because I didn't think the 8 vaccines he gave my dog after him just receiving vaccines 6 months ago were necessary. Please go anywhere else!!!

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Not at all! They were out of everything and I had to go somewhere else
Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here?
Absolutely not! My pet looked terrible and obviously not well taken care of
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
