i agree with ANONYMOUS from nov 2013. certain secretaries for the doctors should take a few lessons in customer service. the doctors should know how their secretaries judge and make a client feel inferior and embarased. it should not matter if you have a 100000 horse or one rescued from a dirty disgusting auction.

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
