At one time I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars but sadly after this weekend 09/24/2022 I truly can not - I was advised to call them at 8:30 am in the morning due to my furbaby being sick - but when I called I was meet with a snarky girl who basically told me NO we are too business and more or less your pet is not sick enough to be seen today you can take him to pet check - of course I did that but only find out that to the pet check in was not open on weekends and I had to wait another 24 hours before I could get my Zack checked - only to have to have him die in my arm on Sunday morning while waiting to be seen by the Vet - So now my furbaby is no longer here because in this girls eyes my pet was not sick enough to be seen on Saturday - I would think twice about dealing with these people - I am strongly considering find a new place to take my girls (cat) to because to be honest I dont trust them to do whats right - I cried begged for them to see my Zack only to be told nope - So I hope the girls on Saturday know that if they could have possibly saved my Zack if they would have only done what I was told they would have done. In fact as I write this I am realizing I dont think I could every trust them with any of my babies-.

I was looking for a more reasonably priced vet for our pets and was pleased with this practice. Unfortunately, on our first visit, our younger dog who's always been like the Energizer Bunny, was diagnosed with advanced lung and stomach cancer as shown by an X-ray. We were not expecting these results at all. The people there treated us like old clients, with patience and kindness beyond what the job calls for. They handled this horrible experience with intimacy and humaneness. They really cared. I will continue to bring my pets there. Thank you so very much.
