I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I appreciate Dr. Rhatti's approach to feline care - it is aggressive as well as progressive. For a cat this is very important. This practice is absolutely wonderful. They are the best in their field and I am very grateful to them for the care my cats receive.
