I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
