DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC!!! THIS MAN IS A CROOK AND WILL HOLD YOUR PET HOSTAGE. WE TOOK OUR PET FOR AN EXAM ONLY JUST TO MAKE SURE HE WAS OKAY UNTIL WE TOOK HIM TO OUR REGULAR VET. HE NEVER HAD US SIGN ANYTHING TO TREAT OUR PET AND JUST TOOK HIM AND RAN UP THE BILL HOW HE WANTED TO. HE NEVER INFORMED US OF WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO BECAUSE WE COULD HAVE TOLD HIM WE WOULD WAIT IF WE COULDN'T AFFORD IT AT THE MOMENT BECAUSE WE HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH OUR REGULAR VET. AFTER HE RAN THE BILL UP OVER $200 MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM WE DIDN'T ASK HIM TO DO ALL OF THAT AND WE DIDN'T HAVE THAT AMOUNT. HE TOLD US WE COULDN'T HAVE OUR DOG AND LEFT MY HUSBAND STANDING THERE. THE CHIEF OF POLICE SPOKE WITH HIM AND HE TOLD HIM IF WE HAD THE MONEY AT 1:00 WE COULD GET OUR DOG THEN. WE BORROWED THE MONEY AND WENT BACK TO GET OUR DOG AND HE REFUSED AND TOLD US HE WOULD GIVE US OUR DOG BACK ON HIS TIME BUT IN THE MEANTIME WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE BOARDING FEES UNTIL HE DID. THIS MAN WAS RUDE TO US FROM THE START BUT ONCE I BECAME RUDE BACK HE DECIDED HE DIDN'T LIKE THAT AND HELD OUR DOG OUT OF SPITE TO CHARGE US MORE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!

The examining rooms at their office were not very clean. I was pretty grossed out that they weren't kept up better. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
