Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
