They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

The vet was quick to get us in his office. He didn't charge for any extras, just a simple fee for a quick check up and medical papers to enter Canada for our vacation. Others in my family have used him and were completely satisfied. I no longer live close, but am willing to drive to get good affordable care for my dogs.
