Today I had my Veterinarian from another town try to forward my cats prescription to South Shore Hospital Hospital . I told South Shore Hospital how sick and near death my cat was. The other office tried 8 times to fax my cats prescription to South Shore Animal Hospital. South Shore said they never got it, and that there fax worked fine. I called them several times telling them how dire the situation was and I needed the prescription for my cat to live, and he was near DEATH.I even told them they could just call them to verify the prescription, They would NOT. They were unconcerned and I got into a dispute with the receptionist over this matter. I would never never contact them again. They are NOT ANIMAL LOVERS.
