My precious dog is deaf after receiving treatment at this office. I am posting this to hopefully save another beloved pet and family to go through this trauma. I took him for dental work. Although he showed no signs of ear issues, I asked to have checked/cleaned, if need be, as part of the overall checkup. But he is now deaf! After he was put under anesthetic, the technician called to tell me what needed to be done and payment had to be paid in full when I picked him back and asked what I wanted to do! Once I got him home and realized he couldn't hear, I called the office several times. Neither Dr. Reynolds nor the technician called me back. After several attempts, the receptionist relayed a message to stop ear drops after it was much too late. I brought my pet to this office because of the one on one care Dr Reynolds used to give my dog. I specifically asked that Dr Reynolds do the work, but the technician told me she did the work on my dog. Is Dr Reynolds now untouchable? Has her office grown so large and she charges so much that she has lost touch with what really matters? Can you imagine not letting your dog outside to run because you can't call him back? Can you imagine your poor baby jumping because you startle him because he can't hear you approach? His whole life and the way my wife and I interact with his has completely changed. He is my legal emotional support dog; it's seriously heartbreaking for all of us.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
