I have seen all the doctors at North Gratiot at some point or another and each one is fantastic! Every member of the staff clearly loves animals and treats all f their patients as if they were their own pets. I really appreciate the way they run the business, I never feel as if they are trying to make money off of me by pushing for testing, procedures, and medications. They are always honest about what is best for your pet, not your pocket or theirs. The pricing is fair and it is all around a great veterinary office.


I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
