They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. This veterinarian seems to have a pretty basic level of knowledge for simple procedures, but practically none for complicated procedures. I'm not sure I would want to be in their care if my pet had a serious illness. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
