The front desk staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They strongly encouraged me to sign up for the free 30 day trial health insurance, by personally giving examples of situations that had happened recently in their office. I signed up because the so strongly advised me to take advantage of the free offer and sure enough needed it a few days later which ultimately saved me $1,800! Dr Fox is kind, thorough and caring. You can tell when people have a "vested interest"...... Follow through is excellent. Time spent in the exam room is not rushed, all questions answered and always encouraged to call back with any other questions
