This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
