The lady that answered my call was extremely rude when asked about getting my cat declawed!!! She said they did not do just declaw so I asked her what needed to do she was rude said nothing I could do! I pointed out the FACT I literally have 4 dogs I have regularly going there why could she not help me? She hung up on me🤔😡 I am forced to change vets now👌🏻

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
