Steven Moody, Dr.

Brownsboro Animal Clinic was established by Dr. Larry Scanlan in 1969. He practiced for five years before passing the torch to Dr. Rich Eilers who has carried it for 40 years. The clinic was initially at a different location in the Brownsboro Shopping Center but recently moved locations to the front of the center. The move placed the clinic in a state of the art building and saw the addition of Dr. Steven Moody as an associate veterinarian.

The Brownsboro animal clinic and Dr. Moody scared my sphyx cat for a routine spay. I brought my cat in for a spay and after the surgery Dr. Moody and his staff put my cat on a heating pad so hot while under anesthesia,it literally burned her skin off on her shoulders and under her arm. When I picked her up they handed her to me in her crate and told me she had a small rub from leaning on the kennel and to put neosporin on it like it was no big deal. I was horrified when I got home and saw the burns. It’s been 2 weeks now and she is scarred horribly. I am totally discussed and thinking of suing Dr. Steven Moody and his clinic.

My pup had an emergency and they got us in right away! Dr. Moody was so down to earth and willing to hear me out, but also took the time to explain every detail of my dog's injury to me. When we had a 1 week follow up, my puppy ended up being ok and both the doctor and the front desk celebrated with us! You could tell they were very happy that he didn't need surgery. I will be coming back.
