if I could give 0 stars I would....but I have to give atleast 1 star...they seemed more concerned in sliding your card at checkout, and interviewing you, giving you a evaluation over your dog....I hired a VET not a SHRINK! what a place, my first 2 dogs ARE registered to me, however the last three years after looking into my dogs papers AFTER SHE PASSED at 7 I no longer owned them....funny according to AKC they are MINE. I had no problems the first 3 years, I was working nights so I could get my dogs in Monday threw Friday during business hours...after my promotion I was working the day shift, only time I could get in was Saturdays....my mother became my wife (as we combined errands) the dogs became hers according to valley animal hospital, my mom has financial trouble and can only take care of 1 dog, IF SHE LEGALLY OWNED ONE! according to the papers of my deceased one we are poverty stricken people and they seemed to be more intuned about our lives and not my dogs! I and I do mean I inquired about one of my dogs problems, I was told (they need to see this dog do this, and according to them the dog is healthy) well the dog died at 7 years old, and I was also told my other dogs skin disorder is nothing to worry about, well that dog is NOW being treated correctly...I hired a VET not a SHRINK....oh and for my money problems.....Im a environmentalist and im a shareowner....ME PERSONALLY I HAVE NO MONEY PROBLEMS.....they will be more than happy to rip your debit card from your hands at the end of a visit!
