University West was our vet UNTIL we called the clinic and they acted like they were completely inconvenienced with our emergency. If you're going to consider this vet, don't. Their total lack of concern was so astonishing that we would NEVER recommend them to friends and family. I just hope that if your dog is injured on a nice day, at about 20 minutes to close, they won't treat you the same way. Thanks for pretending to care for the year we took our dog there...
