I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but I am from Cedar Rapids. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I will Defiantly continue to take the hour long drive out here for the excellent service!
