My relationship with food has definitely improved. I understand how and when to eat. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very friendly during our session; I really like them as a person.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. My relationship with food has definitely improved. I understand how and when to eat. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
