Dan is a nice man. The only problem that I saw was when my weigh-in results weren't satisfactory to him, he could be critical. That approach may work for some people, but it didn't work for me. I've had enough people in my life be critical. I would have rather heard, "It's ok - You'll do better next time, keep moving towards your goal".
