This is a terrible corporation. In my contract it states that I will get charged on the 15th of every month. But they wrongfully charged me on the 5th for several months. That has resulted in overdraft fees to my bank account. After calling and telling them this, Chris from the Black Eagle location told me he had my account pulled up and that the contract said the 5th so there was nothing he could do about it and was rude. So I got home and got out my paper work and it says the 15th, so he lied and didn't look it up. After going in and talking to Chris again, he said he would not charge me for the next months fee. But my overdraft fee was $34 and my monthly charge is $29. So I said, even though they give me next month free of charge, I am getting double hit this month leaving my account negative in balance and he is shorting me $4. So I called up Corportate and Scotty E. Was the guy I talked to. They told me it was MY fault for not catching their mistake earlier and they won't write me a check to make my account not negative. So I asked if I could get compensated by getting a month free and he said no! Not only was he a complete ASS, but they have terrible customer service! They wronged me and made a mistake and are doing nothing to help me out. So I asked if my whole membership could be cancelled. And he says yes, for a huge cancellation fee! This is the worst company! Do not get a gym membership there. Golds a Gym, Body Renew, or Anytime Fitness are better than this and cheaper!
