My daughter was entering college in the fall and wanted a 3 month membership for the summer before she left for college. She was told at Del Norte Sports and Wellness that she could pay for a 3 month membership with no cancellation needed. Her account was charged after the three month membership expired. She called and asked why she was charged and was told that after the 3 month initial membership it goes to month to month. She asked to cancel and was told she needed to go in person which is not possible since she left the state for college. Still trying to get it canceled and still being charged. Never again.
