I had an awful experience at Synapse. I spoke the receptionist about a certain date and time I needed an appointment for, she took my name and number and promised to call me back about that appointment. A week later she hadn't called me back so I called the clinic again and the appointment was no longer available at that time. When I questioned her about it she said "I can t keep track of who I tell what to" . She ended up hanging up the phone on me during that conversation and not answering any other calls from my number. When I spoke to the owner Dr. Troy Spurrill about this he promised me an apology phone call from the receptionist for hanging up the phone on me. This never happened! I would never recommend a place so rude and unapologetic about it. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.
