I do not recommend Susan Quincy if you need advice for managing cholesterol. She did not answer my questions and focused too much on making very specific ingredient substitutions in menus. She seems more focused on convincing her clients to adopt a low carbohydrate, meat-based diet as a panacea for all ills than she is providing evidence-based cholesterol-management strategies.
