Excellent facility with good lighting, full service with pool, hot tub, sauna, showers, and wide range of equipment. Jenn-Marie is a great trainer for a variety of exercise protocols including water aerobics, yoga, cardio, etc. The staff of Apple and Chuck are always available to help and a good experience for the user. Highly recommend this place.

Their equipment was rather old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated something more taken care of. The staff wasn't friendly at all! They had the rudest attitude. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their the gym. The club is dilapidated and needs a huge over haul!
