They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
