Services My services include individual, couples, family therapy. I also provide parenting work, consultation, and supervision. I specialize in working with clients who have struggled with addiction, and trauma both developmental and shock trauma. Developmental trauma is repettetive experiences that are often not recognized as traumatic but influence the way we develop relational patterns with others and towards ourselves. The trauma may come in the form of neglect or abuse or an absent parent who has to work or who has been taken ill. These "small T" traumas influence our patterns of being in the world and can feel as if we are high or low and have no control over our lives. Therapy targeting these dysfunctional strategies can help to bring one to an aliveness and move us towards joy of life.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
