I had been a patient there for several years. They closed their office suddenly and gave patients NO notice at all. I had to camp out for several hours in order to get a copy of my file. And the only reason I got one was because the receptionist came in to clean her desk out. Horrible!! When you are dealing with mentally unstable people this is the worst kind of treatment possible. No calls returned either. What a joke. I filed a report with the BBB. They should lose their license. I believe they have reopened in the same bldg, different suite. You ARE crazy if you give em your business. They don't care about their patients, just the money.

Terrible terrible customer service. I called several times about 6 months ago. Nobody ever answers the phone, and I always leave a message - but never get a call back! I've been calling again the last few days, and it's the same thing. I haven't seen a provider because they refuse to answer or contact me. If I was suicidal I'd be dead by now. Sadly, this is the only provider close to me that accepts my insurance.
