I have been going to Plainfield Vision Center for years. Good service
at a good price. I would bring frames in and they would fill the
prescription, no problems. The last 2 years have changed, I would bring
frames and the prescriptions would 1.- take at least 2 months to
receive and 2. - frames would be returned damaged with the new
prescription lenses. In December 2024 I returned a pair of frames
that I ordered because they were blurry. I was told they would redo it
and get back to me. After the 2nd set were also blurry I returned the
lenses for my $ back. I have been told come back Tuesday, come back
Friday, come back Saturday, we will Zelle you back - All excuses. I am
not sure why the change in service quality. But it's really really BAD..
