Dr. Wong explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. BEST ORTHODONTIST IN CLERMONT! All the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I come here I always feel valued and important. Dr. Wong is on call for emergencies so it is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The staff are one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they girls at the front desk were always happy to help me. Dr. Wong absolutely went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
