They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
