I usually got to Regis in our mall, but they were full so I thought I'd give mastercuts a try. I went in thinking it would be ok. I got my hair destroyed by a man named Bruce! I showed him a picture of how I'd like my bangs to look like and told him I wanted some layers in my hair and it cut to right above my shoulders, and the same length all the wayy around in the back. He just kept cutting and cutting and he said that in the end it would look good.
The second I walked out of this place I cried. My hair look awful and was so short! He made my layers awful and my shortest layer is about 2.5 inches long. I look like a man that wants longer hair! It is the worst hair cut I've ever had. I have never felt so bad about the way my hair looks and I have NEVER cried over a hair cut before. I will NEVER go back and I do not recomend anyone ever going there unless you want to loos like crap!
