I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The office was easy enough to find. They were always late for my appointments or weren't open at all when I had scheduled appointments.

I went to this salon for a trim and color on my hair. I asked her to take 2 - 3 inches off the back, blunt cut, with no layers, and to color my hair blond with the dark underneath. When i went into the salon, my hair was past my waist, brown with some blond highlights, when i left, my hair is just past my shoulders (at least 6-7 inches shorter than it was) a very few blond highlights on the top and the rest uneven light and dark brown. I am also covered with hair dye on my neck, face, ears and above my eyes. The dye was not even washed completely out of my hair. I now have my hair pulled up into a bun because i am too embarassed to wear it down. I paid $90 for it, i was denied a refund and told i was being unreasonable. DO NOT let these ladies touch your hair.
