Had a terrible experience with Megan I came in blonde walked out with Ashy brown hair walked in with a nice picture of chunky blonde with a little bit of brown it it was horrifying instead of rectifying the situation she called the police just wanted to get paid not caring of how her client felt about her hair !!! now I had to walk out looking terrible I am a hairdresser and own a salon I would never ever do that to any of my clients her mannerisms and the way that she handled the situation was terrible I would highly recommend never going there to the one in West Springfield. I asked to speak to the manager but her excuse was they didn’t have a manager that was available she could’ve just done it over or had somebody else do it over but instead calling the police was her solution
Also overpriced me 169 for a partial highlight no haircut just a blow dry for$169 my hair looks terrible it has been the worst color ever ashy brown with a little bit of blonde and I was a blonde when I walked in I looked better when I walked in sorry to have to write this but would like to warn other people about her she is far from a master colorist

It was almost impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Handicap accommodations?? What a joke. I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I always feel like I'm bothering the staff. They don't seem to care if I'm there or not. embarrassment happened to me and my 9 yr old daughter. the manager took a report I wanted to do but never got a phone back AND SOUNDS LIKE THEY IGNORED ME.
