Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.

Kelly gave me the worst hair cut I have ever gotten in my life. I am not happy at all. She works on more than one person at a time and charges a fortune.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
