I decided to get my hair cut for Locks of Love. Upon paying and then leaving this salon, I noticed a sticker saying that they gave free cuts to people donating 10" or more to Locks of Love. I went back in 20 minutes later with the packaged hair ready to mail and asked for my money back. They said "no", saying that they only did the free cuts on Mondays. This information, however, was not on the sticker on their door. So I said that they should have that info on there so as not to mislead customers. But they still wouldn't give me the money back. Not like I donated my hair for a free cut, but it would have been nicer for them to be more accommodating of their customers and provide accurate information.
