Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, it was a comfortable environment, professional but also personal feeling. They are up-front about pricing and products before starting so no surprises once time to pay. They are so warm which made the whole experience that much better for me. I was so impressed with the outcome of my braids that I am definately going back when it is time to have my braids redone and I am planning to get "bridal braids/updo" for my wedding. All my questions were answered and the pressure-free suggestions given to me about other alternative hair to use to achieve the look and ease of care I wanted was helpful and I even decided to go with another type of synthetic hair that look more like human hair and I absolutely love the way it looks on me. Flora's is a family-owned establishment and from what I can see and tell they are all wonderful interactors with their customers. I must add that they seem to do a great "wig" business also and I might look into getting me a wig for those days if/when I don't have my braids in and taking a break from braids and just want to get dress and go without fussing with my own hair. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Flora's, I have already recommended their shop to others and I look forward to my next hairbraiding visit. Thanks Susan for making my experience with you and your family members a wonderful one.
