They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Fiesta Hair & Tanning gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
