I have been to Phil's before -always as a walk-in and it was great.
However I took my 89 year old mother there to get her hair cut.
I never did catch the stylist name. She has a short haircut with shaved sides. She gave my mother a very, very short cut-like a man's.
I thought at the time she must have mis-understood what she was told.
Last week, I got her. I told her a trim-1 inch off-no layers. My hair
was very healthy-no split ends. She took over 5 inches off and angled the front. She told me it would look better!
