I left very disappointed. As I was getting my hair done, the woman wasnt paying attention to my needs. As i made my appointment with her, I specifically told her what I wanted done before hand and when i got there, she didnt make sure of what i wanted. She mixed the product and as she was doing my hair, she told me she suggested something else and did that. it was already too late for her to stop the process because she had already put it in my hair.
THE OUTCOME of my hair was my natural hair color. total opposite of what i wanted. She also left hair dye at the bottom of my scalp. i wasted $$ on something i could've done at home.
only thing i liked was my hair cut.

and also, the other employees that were working, weren't friendly either. They didnt welcome me in or anything.

Shauna does my hair, and she does a GREAT JOB. I was referred to her by a customer i had when i worked in retail, that was over 2 years ago. I go to her for hair, and eyebrow wax. Her and her associates do a fantasitic job, and I couldn't choose a more professional/relaxed enviroment like Hair Composers!
