Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. The entire time I was there, they were so attentive, and ready to help me with anything I needed. My hair looked so beautiful when I left. My stylist is amazing and I can always go out right after my hair is done here. It was by far the best salon I've ever been to, and I think it's the best salon out there.
