I walked in with my 2 little boys needing haircuts for them. The manager looked at the shade of my children's hair, which is blonde, and said very rudely we are not capable of cutting that type of hair, its a weird shade and hard to blend. She (the manager) asked the other girl on duty if she could and she very abruptly turned her nose up and said no. She said, I'm going to have to deny you service. It embarrassed my child and made him feel as if there was something wrong with having blonde hair. Luckily my 15 month old blondie didnt understand, but as soon as we got in the car my 6 year old teared up and saod mom, should i just shave ny head since she said ny hair was weird? The absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life, I left in tears. If you have been to beauty school you should know how to cut any shade of hair and blend it well. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They gave me the "princess" treatment and gave me the CUTEST reversed bob!! I have had sooo many compliments on it! They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
