I had a care free curl put in my hair.The owner of this salon ruined my hair.She substituted something else in my hair because she did't have any neautralizer.Put me under the dryer.Straight to the point I'm balding my hair is falling out.I had really thick and its thin because its falling out.First time Icombed it out awad of hair the size of a softball came out and its continuing to fall out
