My opinion about Secret Nails has changed for the worse. Service was excellent at one time, not anymore. On my last visit, I took my own polish and asked for a fill., with no perks, gel, sparkles etc, $15.00. Michelle's smile vanished, no mote conversation, she was rough and her work was sloppy. I knew there was a problem when she kept looking at the receipt. Note to Michelle, I expect to be treated the same whether I spend $15 or $60 and my nails should look good. You will never do my nails again, ever !
