Yesterday I walked in with my two sons. All stylist were taking care of customers so we waited in the lobby of the salon in which at that time no one else was waiting. After the salon cleared out,no one ever asked me if I was being taken care of or acknowledged me. I waited a bit longer because typically I am a patient person. One lady sat down and ate, one went out for a smoke and the last one decided to enter her clients in the computer. A gentlemen walked in with his son and the lady who was entering her clients in the computer took them and completely passed over me. Not only was this extremely frustrating but waiting around 20 mins for anyone to talk me and be skipped over is a bit much. I will NEVER bring my sons to Hair Cuttery again.

It was nice go find such a competent hair stylist so close to home. I never have to wait more than five minutes. Elizabeth is great and does an excellent job.
