I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The man who did my mani/pedi stabed me 3 times with the cuticle cutters then sprayed rubbing alcohol on the open wounds. He also stepped on my foot when he got up from his chair. I left in tears!
