This is the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I went for a simple trim. She cut my hair while it was dry and with a crooked part. It's all sorts of uneven and sloppy. I'm positive that I could have done a better job myself. She didn't use a single product on my hair. Just water from a spray bottle. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been taking my children to this salon for 8+ years (ever since my kids have had hair to cut). I always ask for Jen, who always does a great job, is always on time, and is always super friendly. My daughter, especially, gets lots of compliments on her cute hairstyle!
