Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They do wonderful work. They stay up to date with all styles and their products they use are great. I had Kristen as my stylist and I would highly recommend her to others.
